She is a social reseacher, Consultant, Development practitioner, and Evaluation specialist focusing of various socio-economic issues that include poverty, food and security,  agriculture,  governance, health, peace and conflict,  natural resource management and many more. She hold a Masters and Honours Degree in Development Studies, and Postgrad degree in Monitoring and Evaluation with Zimbabwe Open University and Lupane State University respectively. She also have different professional courses which are Project Management, HIV and AIDs, and introduction to R Statistics.

She has worked on various NGO programs doing Baseline, Midterm and Endline evaluations on different thematic areas and issues.
She also design tools, and train ODK -KOBO online survey. Also have experience in coding and cleaning data, data capturing, transcribing, and proposal writing.  I have worked with different people: children,  youths, women, and people living with disabilities

Director and Managing Consultant

Dr Muyengwa has more than 10 years of relevant experience with rigorous quantitative research, design and analysis/evaluation, and survey design, as well as a breadth of experience in Zimbabwe’s agriculture, food security, youth employment and empowerment, and livelihoods sectors. Some of these skill sets include survey design and implementation, participatory methodologies, structured interviews, and focus group facilitation. Dr Muyengwa has a great deal of applied evaluation experience and has served as the fieldwork coordinator for Social Impact’s randomized control trial for USAID’s Conflict Management and Mitigation EDGE-IRC evaluation and applied propensity score matching to assess the impact of beekeeping on sustainable forestry management. Dr Muyengwa currently serves as the President of the Zimbabwe Evaluation Association and provides technical support on the formulation of evaluation policies and M&E support to various local and international organizations.

Chief Operations Officer

Ennie is a holder of a Bachelor of Science Special Honours Degree in Monitoring and Evaluation, a Post Graduate Degree in Project Management, a Bachelor of Science degree in Family and Consumer Sciences, and a Certificate in Monitoring and Evaluation. She has 3 years’ experience in qualitative and quantitative research with knowledge in different field methods. These include case studies, facilitating focus group discussions, Key Informant Interviews, direct and participant observation, conducting document reviews, facilitating After Action Reviews (APAs), and conducting longitudinal surveys. She also has experience in the implementation of results-based planning, monitoring, and evaluation of projects and programmes using different ways of measuring impact which include outcome harvesting, outcome journal, and stories of change. She is also strong in the development and implementation of M&E frameworks and plans. She also has a breadth of experience in Training, Advocacy, Peace building (Conflict Transformation, Conflict analysis, and Do no Harm approach), Gender analysis, Governance, and Livelihoods. Furthermore, she is also competent in the use of MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint), Data Collection (ODK Collect, Survey Solution), Statistics (R Statistics, SPSS, STATA), and designing (Corel draw and Canva).

GIS Expert

A competent Geographical Information Systems Specialist with more than 5 years of experience working in humanitarian aid with FAO and UNDP, government of Zimbabwe, City Councils, and NGOs which include OXFAM, World Vision, Vision Ri, WWF, and Sight savers. Skills include SPATIAL DATA INPUT (mobile data collection using tablets, data collection using hand-held GPS receivers, digitizing, georeferencing, remote sensing, and data collection using collect earth etc.), RESEARCH AND SPATIAL DATA ANALYSIS (data analysis using Qgis, Arc map, ILWIS GIS software, data analysis using R, SPSS, and Excel, Online data analysis using ODK, smap server, and collect), SPATIAL DATA MANAGEMENT (spatial database creation and management), SPATIAL DATA OUTPUT (maps, graphs, and reports), M&E EIAs, DATA MODELLING, GIS AND REMOTE SENSING, REPORT WRITING, LEADING AND SUPERVISING TEAMS, and DATA PRESENTATION.

Social Researcher

Mr. Douglas Charivanda Douglas is a seasoned social researcher with 5 years of professional experience in the NGO and evaluation field. He has worked in a multi-cultural environment and for multi-stakeholder organizations including European Union, FAO, UNICEF, USAID and understands organizational and technical strategies to enhance accuracy and quality of data. Douglas has outstanding interpersonal communication skills and believes in continuous improvement and prudence. He is a skilled quantitative and qualitative researcher with know-how in facilitating focus groups discussions, conducting Participatory Rapid Appraisals (PRA), and Case Studies, coordinating longitudinal surveys, conducting and managing baseline, mid-term, and end line evaluations as well facilitating After Action Reviews (AAR). He is conversant in conducting document reviews and applying evaluative thinking concepts before-during-after project implementation for high-order decision making. Through these field methods, Douglas learnt how to: clarify research questions, probe and recall responses to assess their reliability, modify questions to suit the context under study, select sites for study, and co-author case study reports. Douglas is also skilled in writing concept notes, project proposals, grants proposals, data cleaning, transcribing, and report writing. Douglas has experience in training data collection methods using mobile-based applications such as Open Data Kit (ODK), Kobotool Box, conducting and coordinating key informant interviews, and leading a team of more than 50 data captures of both qualitative and quantitative data. He is currently a beginner in analyzing data using R Statistics.

Chief Analytics Officer

Moses holds an Honour’s degree in Business Studies and Computing Science (HBSCTC) from the University of Zimbabwe. Joining the company as a research assistant in 2018, he boasts more than 3 years’ experience in survey design, enumeration, and data analysis across various sectors including health, environment, climate change, and livelihoods sectors. Moses is versatile in numerous data analysis technologies such as Python, R, SQL, and MS Excel with R as his primary statistical package for quantitative and qualitative data. He is also capable of designing mobile data collection tools for both cross-sectional and longitudinal studies using Open Data Kit (ODK) applications (Aggregate, Central, and/or ODK-X). Other skills include conducting key informant interviews (KIIs), focus group discussions (FGDs), and administering survey questionnaires.
